The Supreme Court on Thursday granted pre-arrest bail to Saqib alias Jaja, an accused allegedly linked to human smuggling, in a money laundering case involving millions of rupees. The court observed that the other criminal cases registered against the accused did not have a direct nexus with the pre. .
