The weather department on Saturday issued an alert for Lahore and other parts of Punjab, saying the provincial capital and other areas of the province would receive heavy rains from September 14 (Monday) till September 17 (Thursday) under the impact of the ninth and last monsoon spell, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
