Gold prices in Pakistan decreased significantly on Tuesday in line with their losses in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs485, 062 after a loss of Rs8, 900 during the day. Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs415, 862 after it decreased by Rs7, 630, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). On Monday, gold price per tola reached Rs493, 962 after a gain of Rs800 during the day. The international rate of gold was down by $89 to reach $4, 627 per ounce (with a premium of $20). Meanwhile, the price of silver decreased by Rs238 to reach Rs7, 811 per tola, a new all-time high.
