Shelter Cluster Mozambique: Monthly Operational Dashboard – Conflict Response (December 2025)

Overview As of December 2025, the Mozambique Shelter Cluster has reached 159, 580 individuals (47% of the target) affected by conflict across Cabo Delgado. Out of the 800K people identified in need, 333. 9K were targeted for shelter assistance. However, only USD 6. 2 million, just 24. 9% of the required USD 24. 8 million, has been secured, significantly limiting the scope of the humanitarian response. A total of 35, 257 households have been reached through conflict response, with the majority supported by partners such as NRC (25%), IOM (22%), and Save the children (21%). The districts with the highest number of households reached include Chiure (13, 745), Mueda (11, 431), and Muidumbe (4, 631).
