Proposed White Oil Pipeline tariff could make petroleum sector another white elephant

ISLAMABAD – Stakeholders have raised serious concerns over the proposed EPC-based tariff petition for the Faisalabad-Thallian-Tarujabba White Oil Pipeline (FTT-WOP), warning that if demands for ship-or-pay (capacity payments), minimum load requirement and dollar indexation are granted, the petroleum sector will become another white.
