ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) on Monday forecast rain accompanied by wind and thunderstorms in Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, upper and central Punjab, and northeastern Balochistan on Tuesday.
