The Philippine Inclusive NGO network (PINGON) is a collaborative network of 48 international and national NGOs operating in the Philippines, working to strengthen humanitarian response and coordination, advocacy, information dissemination, capacity sharing, and promoting localization. Together with their local partner organizations, PINGON member organizations provide humanitarian assistance to vulnerable people affected by disasters. This 5W snapshot covers response activities from the series of strong earthquakes and typhoons in 2025 through to the Mayon Volcano eruption in 2026.
