ISLAMABAD: The government on Wednesday appointed BS-22 Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS) officer Ahmad Raza Sarwar as the new Secretary, Interior and Narcotics Control Division. According to a notification issued here by the Establishment Division, Sarwar, who was previously serving under the Punjab government, has been transferred and posted as Secretary, Ministry of Interior. Sarwar replaced Capt Muhammad Khurram Agha (Retd), who has been transferred and directed to report to the Establishment Division with immediate effect and until further orders.
