OGRA raises LPG prices amid Middle East tensions

Pakistan’s Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has raised the price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), citing tensions in the Middle East. The price of LPG per kilogram has been increased by 4. 95 rupees, resulting in a rise of 58. 51 rupees for an 11. 8 kg domestic cylinder. The new price for June has been set at 3, 643. 41 rupees per cylinder, with the per-kilogram price now 308. 76 rupees. According to an official notification, the revised rates take effect immediately. OGRA said the increase was driven by ongoing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East.
