LAHORE: The Judicial Activism Penal has approached the Lahore High Court (LHC) seeking judicial inquiry into the Chakwal Crime Control Department firing incident. The petitioner NGO contended that the killing of Hania was not an isolated incident but reflected a serious institutional failure.
