Spillway of Khan Khawar Dam Ranial has been opened due to continuous rain that lashed most parts of Shangla for fourth consecutive day. According to details, the incessant rain increase water level in local streams, triggering landslides and disrupt traffic on major roads creating problems of Shangla. .
