Jaguar Land Rover sales fall 15% amid supply crunch, Middle East unrest

Jaguar Land Rover retail sales fell 15. 3% year-on-year to 80, 000 units in the first quarter of fiscal year 2027 as it grapples with supply constraints and softening demand, parent India’s Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles said on Thursday. Analysts at Ambit Capital flagged elevated marketing costs and a fragile recovery in China as key risks, but said JLR’s turnaround from cash burn to operating break-even marked an encouraging step forward.
