A total of 53 professional beggars were arrested in different parts of the federal capital as the Islamabad administration continued its anti-begging campaign. The operation resulted in the arrest of 20 beggars from the G-9, I-8 and F-8 sectors and 33 from Blue Area, who were shifted to police lockup. .
