Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Friday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs440, 636 after a gain of Rs2, 000 during the day. Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at 377, 774 after it increased by Rs1715, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). On Thursday, gold price per tola reached Rs438, 636 after a decline of Rs3, 000 during the day. The international rate of gold was up by $20 to reach $4, 181 per ounce. Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs50 to reach Rs6, 578 per tola.
