KARACHI: Self-styled cleric Maulvi Zafaryab, allegedly involved in facilitating the outlawed group Fitna al-Khawarij, has been arrested by state institutions. According to his confessional statement, the accused revealed that he completed eight years of Dars-e-Nizami from Jamia Nizam al-Uloom, orphanage department, Bannu city, and three years of specialization in Fiqh from the Islamic Center, Ghoriwala.
