KUNAR (TOLONews): Noor Jalal Jalali, Minister of Public Health of the Islamic Emirate, laid the foundation stones for two hospitals in Khas Kunar and Asmar districts during his visit to Kunar province. Jalali said the construction of these hospitals is part of the Ministry of Public Health’s plan to build hospitals in districts across Afghanistan.
