Commissioner Karachi vows to make donkey cart race a permanent annual event

KARACHI – Commis­sioner Karachi Syed Hassan Naq­vi hosted a reception to honour the organisers and participants of the successful Independence Day Commissioner Cup Donkey Cart Race, announcing that the traditional event would become a permanent feature of the Com­missioner’s annual calendar.
