ISLAMABAD – The Capital Development Authority’s (CDA) abrupt suspension of water supply has forced the Pakistan Council for Research in Water Resources (PCRWR) to shut down its public water filtration plant in Sector I-8, leaving hundreds of regular beneficiaries without access to certified clean drinking water.
