BISHKEK – Bishkek and the Chinese city of Changsha discussed prospects for inter-municipal cooperation, including the implementation of a project to build an eco-technological plant for the disposal of municipal solid waste and the generation of electricity, according to the Bishkek Mayor’s Office.
