ISLAMABAD: The federal government has appointed BA Nasir as Chairperson, Benami Adjudicating Authority, with immediate effect. According to a notification issued by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Tuesday, consequent upon approval of the Federal Government conveyed vide May 23, 2026, BA Nasir (Retired PSP/BS-22) is hereby appointed as Chairperson, Benami Adjudicating Authority, with immediate effect, for a period of three years or until he attains the age of sixty-two (62) years, whichever is earlier, as added in the notification.
