ISLAMABAD – Pakistan’s Indus Water Commissioner Mehar Ali Shah has said that India’s current ability to disrupt river flows up to 10 days is manageable but warned that completion of ongoing hydle projects could breach the Indus Waters Treaty, allowing New Delhi to manipulate flows for up to one month.
