Country: Mozambique Source: International Organization for Migration Please refer to the attached file. Thirty-six per cent households in Caia District have achieved moderate to high progress towards durable solutions, while the majority, 65 per cent, remain at low progress. Limited progress is mainly driven by constrained access to alternative livelihood opportunities, limited access to basic services and high levels of food insecurity. Differences between population groups are generally modest, and progress patterns remain broadly consistent across the assessed postos. However, Caia posto presents a notable variation, with a lower proportion of IDP households classified under low progress compared to non-displaced households. In this posto, nearly less than a tenth of IDP households were classified under low progress, while 80 per cent of non-displaced households fell within the low progress category and 19 per cent were classified under moderate progress.
