Summary Points • Despite funding shortfalls and operational constraints, LTC Telecoms maintained internet connectivity services for approximately 1, 700 users across 70 humanitarian locations, enabling critical communications, coordination, and response activities across Sudan. • LTC Telecoms continued expanding telecommunications support in key operational areas, including preparations for new connectivity hubs in Khartoum, Wad Madani, and Darfur to support the gradual return and expansion of humanitarian operations. • The Security Communications System (SCS) continued to support safe humanitarian operations through five operational Security Operations Centres (SOCs), while LTC Telecoms progressed preparations for expanded security communications services in Khartoum and Omdurman.
