Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti has supported the creation of new provinces on administrative grounds. He said governing the entire province from Quetta was not practical. Speaking to senior journalists through a video link, Bugti said new provinces should not follow ethnic divisions. Instead, he argued that administrative needs should determine any future provincial boundaries.
