Irfan’s exhibition ‘Safar-e-Khayal’ inaugurated

KARACHI: Sindh Information Secretary Kashif Gulzar Sheikh inaugurated the first solo painting exhibition, “Safar-e-Khayal, ” by renowned artist Irfan Ahmed. Dr. Nasir Janjua was also present on the occasion. The exhibition was held at Studio Sarai, Phase VI, Defence Housing Authority (DHA), Karachi. Speaking on the occasion, Sindh Information Secretary Kashif Gulzar Sheikh said that art and culture play an important role in the intellectual and creative development of society. He emphasized that encouraging young and emerging artists and providing them with opportunities to showcase their work is essential for fostering a positive and creative society. He congratulated artist Irfan Ahmed on holding his first solo exhibition and expressed his best wishes for his artistic journey and future endeavors. The exhibition, titled “Safar-e-Khayal, ” features a collection of paintings created by Irfan Ahmed. The artworks were appreciated by members of the art community, art enthusiasts, collectors, and critics.
