US President Donald Trump confirmed that Iran attacked the world’s largest aircraft carrier, the USS Gerald R. Ford. He said the carrier was targeted from 17 different angles in a severe assault. Crew members were forced to take cover, and high-speed jets were launched from the ship every 32 seconds after midnight to protect personnel.
