PRIORITY ACTIONS Operationalize the Tier 1A/1B/1C area-based readiness package — close detect→verify→test→refer→contain loop in all 15 counties; reach remaining county surveillance officers (13/15) and BHWs (253/1, 505). Sustain cholera response in Rubkona, Leer and Renk; expedite ICG feedback on Renk OCV request and complete postcampaign evaluation (PCE) in 14 counties. Investigate and respond to the four active measles outbreaks (Magwi, Wau, Aweil East/Centre, Pariang) and prepare for the upcoming SNID campaign (25–28 August). Scale up malaria response ahead of peak season — complete the GC8 LLIN distribution (7. 5M/9. 5M, 79. 3%) and strengthen buffer-stock commodity deployment to high-burden counties. ▸ Restore health services in Akobo — 6 of 8 reporting facilities constrained by insecurity and supply gaps; address antigen stockouts and resume routine immunization.
