ISLAMABAD – An anti-terrorism court in Islamabad on Friday convicted three men on charges of possessing military-grade explosives and an unlicensed firearm, but acquitted them of terrorism offences after ruling that the prosecution had failed to establish the requisite intent to commit or facilitate a terrorist act.
