Response Highlights Refugee children in Aftit and Alemwach have access to inclusive, quality education through integrated ECCD, primary, and secondary schools. UNHCR, education partners, and government authorities continue to strengthen refugee education and its integration into the national education system, with particular attention to children with disabilities. In addition, Teacher and school management capacity has been enhanced through training on inclusive education, psychosocial support, curriculum delivery, and safe learning environments. Beyond formal education refugee and host community youths completed short-term Technical, Vocational Education and Training (TVET) training in marketable skills enhancing their employability and livelihood opportunities through partnerships with Gendawuha and Dabat Technical Colleges
