Aftershocks declining: 86 on June 28 and 30 on June 29, with lower average magnitude. GDACS issued a Red Alert: 2. 4 million people exposed to severe shaking. La Guaira was declared a Disaster Zone, with impacts concentrated in Caraballeda and Catia La Mar. Severe impact also in Distrito Capital, Miranda, Carabobo, Yaracuy, Aragua and Falcón.
