Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP) on Wednesday issued a traffic management plan for the 8th Muharram procession travelling from the PWD area to Sector G-9 and advised commuters to use alternate routes to avoid inconvenience. An ITP official told APP that the procession would commence after Zuhr prayers. .
