Country: Thailand Source: European Commission’s Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations On 27 April, heavy rain and strong winds affected three provinces (Chiang Rai, Phrae, and Krabi in northern Thailand), leading to damage. The event impacted 6 districts, 19 sub‐districts, and 32 villages. According to the ASEAN Disaster Information Network (ADINet), almost 350 people have been affected, and 87 houses have been damaged by the severe weather. Over the next three days, moderate to locally heavy rainfall is expected across northern Thailand, including the affected provinces.
