The ASEAN Disaster Information Network (ADINet), as of 22 March, reports of 16 000 people affected and 4 000 houses damaged. On 26 March, additional moderate rain is forecast over Vientiane prefecture and other parts in the northern Laos, while 27 March brings drier conditions.
