Please refer to the attached file. Highlights Cameroon’s overlapping crises left 2. 9 million people, including 1. 5 million children, in need of humanitarian assistance amid conflict, displacement, flooding and disease outbreaks. Over 3, 000 cholera cases were reported during this period. 1 UNICEF supported two rounds of oral cholera vaccination in seven priority health districts, alongside WASH, case management and community engagement interventions. UNICEF and partners screened 764, 134 children for wasting, with 48, 315 children with severe wasting admitted for treatment; 36, 223 children accessed education, 36, 129 children and caregivers received psychosocial support, and 68, 329 people accessed safe water. UNICEF’s US$53. 8 million appeal remained 86 per cent unfunded, with critical gaps in Child Protection and GBViE (95 per cent), Nutrition (94 per cent), Education (91 per cent) and WASH (76 per cent), constraining the scale and geographic coverage of assistance.
