ISLAMABAD – The second round of talks between the government and the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) faced a deadlock on Saturday after the opposition alliance did not agree to call off its October 4 long march until they are allowed to meet with incarcerated party founder Imran Khan.
