Private Hajj bookings have accelerated after the Ministry of Religious Affairs took notice of the process. The number of applications received through the Pak Hajj app has reached 21, 547. Around 50, 000 seats remain available under the private Hajj scheme. A spokesperson for the ministry said pilgrims must complete their payments through the Pak Hajj app.
