External partners provide funding, technical expertise, and support for quantification, forecasting, and logistics planning, while the Ministry continues to build these capacities at scale. Recent reductions in donor financing have already affected procurement budgets, technical assistance posts, and staff salaries (from procurement to delivery to the patients) — a shared challenge that government and partners are working to manage. This advocacy paper tries to show the current situation and challenges to come to help together seek opportunities to respond.
