LAHORE – A city-wide “general hold-up” enforcement drive has been conducted today in Lahore against motorcyclists riding without helmets, with Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Syed Abdul Rahim Sherazi warning that no motorcycle will be allowed to enter the city without the rider wearing a helmet.
