‘The Pitt’ leads 78th Emmy Awards nominations

“The Pitt” leads the nominations for the 78th Emmy Awards with 25 nods, followed by “Hacks” with 24, ahead of the ceremony in Los Angeles on Monday night. Horror-comedy series “Widow’s Bay” has so far collected the most awards, winning eight prizes after early honours were handed out in mainly technical categories. The ceremony will be hosted by “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” star Mariska Hargitay. Awards for supporting actors in a limited or anthology series were presented during the pre-ceremonies.
