Gold prices in Pakistan increased on Wednesday in line with their gain in the international market. In the local market, gold price per tola reached Rs462, 936 after a gain of Rs800 during the day. Similarly, 10-gram gold was sold at Rs396, 893 after it accumulated by Rs686, according to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). The international rate of gold increased by $8 to reach $4, 404 per ounce. Meanwhile, the price of silver increased by Rs72 to reach Rs7, 141 per tola. On Tuesday, gold prices in Pakistan decreased by Rs1, 000 per tola to reach Rs462, 136.
