Lahore police have solved a Rs4. 5 million gold theft case in the Lytton Road area, arresting two suspects including the victim’s cousin, 24NewsHD TV reported on Sunday. According to police, gold worth Rs4. 5 million was stolen from the woman’s home around two months ago. The investigation revealed that her cousin, who had come to stay at the house, stole the gold from a cupboard and later sold it with the help of a friend. Police traced and arrested the two suspects, identified as Usama and Salman, from Narowal with the help of modern technology and mobile phone tracking. More than Rs3 million in cash was recovered from the suspects and handed over to the affected woman, police said.
